Hi fellas, how’s it going? In today’s post, saya akan membahas studi kasus tentang pendekatan terhadap situasi konflik . Jadi….Pada tanggal 6 desember 2019 kelas saya di beri kasus (semacam simulasi role play )   oleh Pak Seta (Dosen),   Dalam simulasi role play ini, mahasiswa dibagi menjadi 4 tim, diantaranya tim warga, tim Pemerintah Daerah, tim yayasan dan tim orang tua siswa. Scenario nya adalah disebuah jalan terdapat sejumlah rumah warga lalu ada juga sebuah sekolah, sekolah tersebut terletak dalam gang, sekolah tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kemacetan. Disamping banyak mobil orang tua siswa yang berlalu lalang untuk mengatar-jemput siswa, di jalan tersebut juga ramai karena banyak nya warga yang menggunakan mobil untuk bekerja. Pihak sekolah tidak menyediakan fasilitas parkir atau lahan kosong untuk orang tua menurunkan anaknya atau memutar balik kendaraan. Oleh sebab itu memicu kemarahan dari warga, akhirnya warga memutuskan untuk memotral jalan
